Drop in Zine Workshop

Join us this Sunday for an affordable, low pressure art activity and become part of Luna! 🌞 Local artist Kira Makela is unveiling her Zine Cart in this years festival and she’s calling on the community to create booklets for display! 📖 Zines are small, magazine-like creations with a twist—they amplify unheard voices, are often handmade, self-published, and allow you to share your passions. Create a book of poetry, drawings, collage, recipes, anything!
No previous skills required, no artistic talent needed.

– Materials provided
– Open to teens & adults

Just show up and we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Although you are encouraged to submit your creations for display it is not mandatory. Participants and community members are also welcome to submit zines at a later date.
