Sustainability

Keep Revelstoke authentic and amazing.

#SustaintheStoke.

Keep your impact minimal and help us #SustaintheStoke.

Transport

Revelstoke’s downtown is walkable and many other attractions can be reached by bike. The BC Transit Revelstoke Resort Shuttle route will get you from your accommodation to the ski hill without the hassle of parking in the winter. If you’re travelling electric, we have a charge station right in front of the Visitor Information Centre.

Respect Wildlife

When in our parks and wilderness areas, ensure that you keep your distance from wildlife and refrain from feeding animals. Additionally, some local trails are closed to protect our mountain caribou at certain times of the year. Please check with the Visitor Information Centre regarding wildlife closures.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Try to limit your impacts by limiting your consumption. Limit disposable items by picking up a souvenir mug or tote bag. Watch the amount of time you spend in the shower and limit the use of towels. These little things add up.

Shop Local

While you’re here, do your best to support our community. We have many locally owned businesses and restaurants. We’re proud to support local entrepreneurs, and hope that you do the same during your visit!
