Why do you love revelstoke?
The surrounding area is gorgeous, so many places to explore and find. The community is very connected and supportive. Mountain activities are just fun. It’s easy to find peace and quiet. Lastly the annual snowfall, it is the reason I moved here.
What is your favourite treat in revelstoke?
Drinks from Monashee Spirits… They have amazing gin! Or wing night (Wednesdays) at the Big Eddy Pub.
Describe your perfect day in Revy.
A 30cm snowfall day doing laps at Revelstoke Mountain Resort followed by après reminiscing about an epic day, and the movie night with my wife.
Where in Revelstoke do you get your adventure gear?
What is your favourite viewpoint in Revy?
The Boulder lookout at sunrise and the Nels Nelsen ski jump at sunset.
Do you have any advice for people who are visiting Revelstoke for the first time?
Walk around town, try local food, drinks, and check out local shops. Explore the surrounding area, go for a hike, and in the winter pray to the snow gods.
