Summer in Revelstoke is the perfect time to hit the lake for a rip. There are boat launches at the parks and recreation sites up and down Lake Revelstoke, meaning you can find your own private corner of paradise.

Boating Areas

We recommend boating on Lake Revelstoke, a 130km reservoir between Revelstoke Dam and Mica Dam.

Motorized vessels on the main channels of the Columbia River are limited to 20 horsepower (15 kW) or less.

Boat Launches

Lake Revelstoke

To access Lake Revelstoke, head to the 5-mile Boat Launch, Martha Creek Provincial Park, or Carnes Creek. Please unload your boat promptly, then park where others can get around you.

This is a reservoir; be aware of changing water levels.

Upper Arrow Lake

Head to Arrow Lakes Provincial Park or Eagle Bay Recreation Site's boat launch. Please be aware of ferry crossings and fluctuating water levels.

Downtown

In town, the Centennial Park Boat Launch gives you access to the Columbia River.
