The 112 Restaurant and Lounge has been serving up classic elegance with a side of winter adventure for 35 years, catering to Canadian Mountain Holidays, a well known heli-ski operation for almost as long. But as the winds of change sweep through this small, mountain town, so do they through the 112.
Despite the dining room’s shiny new look, old classics never die. Alongside creative, new fare, the culinary team at the 112 are still serving up the old favorites like Dijon Crusted Rack of Lamb and Chicken Cordon Bleu. And for the seafood lover, a steaming bowl of Cioppino simmered gently in a broth of tomato, fennel and saffron warms the bones on a chilly, winter evening.
