Free – Forgiveness Asana Series

Pranam in Sanskrit means to surrender. It is the act of bowing or prostration to the Supreme Spirit of Divine Presence, with outer movement, to express faith and devotion from within.

The Forgiveness Series provides a moving meditation as a platform to release our egocentric traits that are obstacles to our self-development and spiritual growth, in order to reveal the universal and divine qualities within us.

This offering is a series of nine asanas within 28 rounds of Namaskars (salutations) that form a flow movement, connected at the beginning and end of a series by mantra, in the form of prayer.
