Heading to Revelstoke this winter? This three day itinerary will give you some ideas to help plan your trip!
Day One.
During the day
Head to Revelstoke Mountain Resort to take in North America’s longest vertical. If you’re not familiar with the mountain, we recommend booking a lesson or checking out the First Tracks program, operated in private groups. You and your group will be given the chance to ride for two or three runs before the public arrives at 8:45 a.m. Load the Lower Gondola at 7:45 a.m. with your guide, a full 45 minutes before anyone else. Your guide will then take you down a selection of designated runs for the day, based on the current snow conditions. You will have the chance to experience untracked powder or ski/ride on perfectly manicured groomers. Please note, that you will need to be comfortable skiing or riding on "black" terrain to participate in this program.
After the slopes
Once you’re done skiing, take some time to relax and enjoy a beer. We recommend heading to Rumpus Brewery or Mt. Begbie Brewing to get a growler fill to enjoy at your accommodation. Of course, what’s a beer without an apres snack? Swing by Nico’s Pizzeria and grab a poutine!

Day Two.
During the day
You might need a break in between ski days, so book a morning activity. Check out Great Canadian Tours to book a snowmobile tour. We recommend getting out on the Mountain Sledder tour. You’ll get to experience the excitement of sledding in open terrain under the supervision of an experienced guide.
If snowmobiling isn’t your style, try Nordic skiing! The Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club operates several beautiful groomed trails at the Mount Macpherson Recreation Area. Rentals are available through the Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club.
For Food
For dinner, check out Kawakubo, an incredible sushi spot.

Day Three.
During the day
Head back to Revelstoke Mountain Resort, because one day isn’t going to be enough to experience the terrain. Make sure to check out everything from South Bowl to North Bowl, and to ski a run from the top of the Stoke right down to the base. If you’re feeling energetic, hike the sub-peak to check out the views and get some additional vertical.
Après
For après head to Monashee Spirits Craft Distillery and enjoy a beautiful cocktail (and pick up a bottle of spirits as a souvenir!). Monashee Spirits boasts the largest spirit collection and largest whisky collection in BC.
For food
For dinner, check out Zala's - they’re a steakhouse serving up classic dishes.
