Starting off extremely strong, we have Flourish Bakery- a gluten-free, dairy-free bakery committed to zero cross-contamination. The owner, Stephanie, is Celiac and knows how to make an unbelievably good brownie. Holm Coffee serves Flourish's treats every day if you're looking for a cute coffee shop stop.
Moondilly Treats, open on Saturdays only, has the best vegan, gluten-free donuts ever.

The Modern Bakery and Cafe has a selection of baked gluten-free goods, including their GF Brownie, seed balls, and coconut gf brownie-based Nanaimo Bars. The Nanaimo bars are a great iteration of the classic Canadian treat.
Terravita Kitchen offers a range of gluten free bars, including a deadly (not actually) cheesecake bar or an alpine oat bar.
Conversations Coffee shop is known for having gluten free cinnamon buns that are amazing.

Terravita Kitchen, La Baguette, and Dose Coffee have gluten-free bread options for their sandwiches. If you require seperate toasting due to cross-contamination concerns, please let the staff know.

Pizza & Pasta.
One of the most low-key pizza spots in town, La Baguette, has a woodfire oven for traditional pizza making and they have gluten-free crust that tastes awesome.
Our infamous Village Idiot, a ski-town themed pub, offers delicious gluten-free dough and a couple other GF friendly options across the menu.
Nico's Pizzeria is reportedly the only place in town that serves gluten-free pasta (along with a GF friendly crust too).

International Cuisine.
Kicking things off with Latin eats, Taco Club is a go-to for gluten-free, with corn tortillas and burrito bowl swaps across the board. Cantina Del Centro, the new kid in town, serves up tacos and burritos that are either already gluten-free or can be made that way. Bonus: They’ve got GF chili chocolate brownie for dessert.
Sincero Café brings the Vietnamese heat with pho, vermicelli bowls, and fresh spring rolls—all gluten-free.
Parmjit's Kitchen (locals call it Pam’s) serves up fusion dishes with rice-based curries and Thai options made with rice noodles. Easy win for gluten-free folks.
Kawakubo’s a local sushi staple with loads of GF-friendly picks and gluten-free soy sauce on hand. Go for the red dragon roll and a side of edamame.
