We’re proud to share "The Paradise Paradox" —a long overdue look at the silent crisis that’s been sweeping our mountain towns.
Executive produced by Olympic ski racer Bode Miller and Emmy Award-winning impact sports filmmaker Brett Rapkin, The Paradise Paradox explores the mental health crisis affecting America’s mountain towns and the innovative solutions being developed in response. It features incredible athletes like 2023 ESPY Award-winner Mikaela Shiffrin and hard-working, inspiring individuals and families who make these towns function.
We will begin the night with a Keynote by Kevin Thomas, a member of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort Patrol team who will be graciously discussing his own mental health journey followed by a Q&A session with Kevin.
We are offering this show at no cost to you but will be collecting donations for the Canadian Mental Health Association on site.
