GET PREPARED FOR WILDFIRE SEASON.
Join us for Revelstoke's Wildfire Week from May 26 - June 1, 2025, for a series of community events designed to empower our community with the tools, knowledge, and resources to take action against wildfires and strengthen our resilience.
The week will focus on raising awareness about wildfire preparedness, reducing fire hazards, and ensuring our community is FireSmart™.
What is FireSmart?
Fire’s coming? Don’t let your house be the fuel.
FireSmart BC shows you how to prepare your space so it stands a better chance against wildfires. It’s all about smart design, upkeep, and being ready when things heat up.
The area around your home can make or break it—literally. FireSmart gives you clear, doable steps to lower the risk and help your home survive a wildfire.
