New This Year: The Stink Tank New this year at Revelstoke Garlic Festival is the Stink Tank, a go-to workshop zone for all things garlicky. All Sunday, chefs and food lovers will be serving up live cooking demos, garlic-growing tips, and hands-on lessons to help you bring the flavor (and the funk) home.
Back by popular demand — the Pie Contest returns! Bakers of all stripes are invited to strut their crusts and show off their sweetest (or stinkiest) creations.
Come hungry, come curious, and leave smelling like a pro.
Food & Craft Extravaganza
This year’s festival will be a feast for the senses, featuring a diverse lineup of vendors. With over 70 food and craft vendors, attendees can explore a wide variety of handmade goods, artisanal products, delicious treats, and of course… garlic!
Music & Entertainment
Music all day in the park on Sunday hosted by Gabbie Cournoyer. Bring a blanket and stay while, it’s not actually that stinky!
Returning this year will be Kiki the Eco Elf & her inflatable salmon, expect stilts, fun dance moves, and engaging salmon stories.
Adding to the fun, a talented face painter and balloon artist will be on hand to create playful designs and balloon creations for festival-goers of all ages.

The Revelstoke Garlic Festival offers something for everyone, including a crafts corner for creative hands-on projects, a chance to play hockey with the Revelstoke Grizzlies. Plus, don’t miss out on the quirky “Chicken Bingo”, bet on where the chicken will poop to win money!
