History of Garlic Fest
After years of the Track Street Growers stewarding this community event, Sarah and Stu knew that they wanted to find a community organization that could continue to grow Garlic Fest into the festival they envisioned. In 2023 the Revelstoke Local Food Initiative (LFI) was pleased to take over the reins to create a fundraising event that would showcase our thriving local food system.
They continue to bring all the ingredients that have always made the Garlic Festival so special: an impressive local garlic harvest, live music, local craft sale, kid activities, food, and even a few wild games. The LFI works towards more vendors, offering more activities and bringing Revy the largest selection of Garlic yet, making it an event you really can’t miss!
