Join Chef Kelsie Kilawna (Marchand) for the return of Smoke on the Plateau, an intimate land-to-fork dining experience that celebrates Syilx culture, community, and the teachings carried through food.
The evening begins with a storytelling session led by Chef Kelsie, introducing guests to the teachings of the Four Food Chiefs - the foundational Syilx teachings that guide relationships with the land, food, and one another. Dinner follows with a thoughtfully prepared seasonal feast inspired by Indigenous ingredients, traditional knowledge, and local harvests.
More than a dinner, this is an opportunity to connect through food, listen to stories about Indigenous land stewardship, and experience an evening rooted in respect, generosity, and community.
This event is presented in collaboration with Revelstoke Credit Union and Alchemy Studio, whose support helps make this gathering possible.
Dietary Notes: Please let us know before purchasing tickets if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
