Experience the wild flavors of Revelstoke in an unforgettable evening that begins in the forest and ends around the fire.
Join Chef Aidan Cain for a guided mushroom foraging experience, where you'll learn how to responsibly identify and harvest seasonal mushrooms while gaining a deeper appreciation for the forests that nourish our communities.
After your time in the woods, return to the Food Commons where Chef Aidan will demonstrate how to clean, prepare, and preserve your harvest before transforming the day's bounty into a seasonal dinner cooked over an open fire.
More than a dinner, Forage & Fire is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and discover the stories, flavors, and traditions that grow right here in Revelstoke's forests.
Whether you're an experienced forager or simply curious about wild food, you'll leave with new knowledge, a full stomach, and a deeper connection to the land.
