Join local Chef Juanita Ruiz in this interactive workshop to learn the alchemy of flour & water - we will work through the steps of making a focaccia bread while learning about the different techniques. While the dough is rising we will make traditional Columbian Arepas, seasonal preserves and flavored butter. At the end - we will sit for a communal meal to eat the food we prepared together.
