Sunnyside is a Revelstoke local favorite, known for its quick access, fun flowy trails, and unbeatable views of the Columbia River and surrounding peaks. Just a few minutes from town, it’s perfect for after-work laps or a quick ride when you’re short on time. Sunnyside trails are intermediate to advanced, with a mix of punchy climbs, flowing descents, and rocky sections to keep things interesting. The area dries out early in the season, so it’s often one of the first places to ride in spring when other trails are still muddy or snow-covered.
When you ride Sunnyside please be conscientious that you are riding near residences - please respect the neighbours.
Only park in the parking lot, do not park on the road, and be aware of traffic that travels swiftly on Airport Way. If you cannot find parking, park at the mailboxes a short way back. Or, even better, pedal from town! Keep in mind this is a multi-use trail system and there will be hikers on the trail as well.
