There are so many places in the area that are truly beautiful, but we've picked our top 10 for a little inspiration!
1) Begbie summit
Whether it's climbing the mountain, or viewing it from town- Mt Begbie is Revelstoke's iconic peak.

2) Hermit Meadows
The Hermit Meadows are at the end of a short, steep hike into the alpine of Glacier National Park. The views up there are hard to beat.

3) Giant Cedars Boardwalk
This old-growth rainforest in Mount Revelstoke National Park is so lush and green that photographers are often accused of photoshopping it!

4) Mica Highway
Once the main highway to the Mica Dam, this abandoned road now lies partly under Lake Revelstoke and makes for some haunting photographs.

5) Sutherland Falls
Revelstoke's most accessible waterfall is in Blanket Creek Provincial Park and lies at the end of a short 2-minute walk. It is impressive any time, but in the spring it is really something special.

6) Enchanted Forest
For over 50 years, the Enchanted Forest has been delighting children. With a mix of stunning old-growth rainforest and fairytale figures- it's got something for everyone.

7) The Flats
The locals refer to the open land in the valley as the flats. This area is the flood plain for the Columbia River and was historically used as farmland. The wide, open landscape is a fantastic place to catch a spectacular sunrise or sunset.

8) Lake Revelstoke
Behind the dam lies one of Revelstoke's hidden gems. The stunning lake is a favourite place to hang out when the weather gets warm and with lovely lake vistas surrounded by 360 mountain views, it's easy to see why.

9) Revelstoke Mountain Resort
With the most skiable vertical feet in North America and some of the best steep and deep skiing in the world- Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a mecca for powder hounds and perfect for action grams.

10) Three Valley Gap
The distinctive red roofs at the Three Valley Gap chateau house a whole world of curiosities. Their ghost town is a walkthrough past times and features buildings painstakingly restored to their original glory, including a railway roundhouse.
