Trauma Sensitive Yoga Workshop

with Nicole Marcia, MA, ERYT 500 May 5 – 7, 2017 Learn how to utilize yoga to address the aftermath of traumatic experiences, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Addiction, Depression, and Anxiety. Explore teaching safe, body-based self-regulation to trauma survivors to support their day to day functioning and long term healing. In this training, participants will learn to develop a trauma sensitive yoga class to meet the needs of a wide variety of individuals. May 5 – 6 pm – 9 pm May 6 – 11:30 am – 7:30 pm May 7 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Investment $300 Refund Policy: Refund of 100% is available up to 3 weeks prior to training. Refund of 75 % is available up to 2 weeks prior to training. Less then 2 weeks (14 days) no refund available.
