Balu Yoga Strength & Conditioning Series

STARTS APRIL 3rd WITH TANYA WOLGRAM 
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:00-7:00AM

This class will work to improve strength, power, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

It is a classic strength based class using light weights, light medicine balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, sliders, and body weight but also incorporates many Yoga and Pilates postures and movements to improve muscular flexibility, range of motion in joints, and core strength.

This class is suited for everyone and all fitness levels.

THIS CLASS WILL BE A PRE-REGISTERED SERIES RUNNING EACH MONTH
